Entemax operates e-commerce and marketplace activities using HizliPanel, our internal multichannel commerce management platform, including integrations with marketplaces such as Temu, Trendyol and Hepsiburada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, transfer and protect personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Personal data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We do not intentionally process special categories of personal data.
2. Data we process
- Marketplace customers: name, address, phone, email, order and product information
- Authorized users: name, email, phone, IP address, session and access logs
- Accounting and logistics: invoice and shipment tracking data
3. Collection and legal basis
Data is collected via marketplace APIs and seller panels, cargo and accounting systems, platform usage and legal obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent where required.
4. Purposes
- Order receipt, fulfillment and delivery
- Inventory, pricing and product listing management
- Invoicing, accounting and statutory retention
- Customer service, returns and disputes
- Information security and operational logging
5. Sharing
Data may be shared with marketplace platforms, carriers, accounting providers, hosting providers and authorities when required by law. Cross-border transfers may occur when using marketplace APIs. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and applicable law, then deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We apply HTTPS/TLS, role-based access, password hashing, server security and operational audit logs.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, details on transfers and object to certain processing. Contact info@entemax.com — we respond within the statutory period (generally 30 days).
